SVO is a performance motorsport offshoot of Ford Motor Co. "Special Vehicle Operations" has two unrelated branches - one in America, and one in Australia.

SVO Australia was run by motor racing driver Mick Webb, despite an earlier attempt at using the nameplate by Dick Johnson, also a renowned Ford driver.
SVO worked on EA Falcons and Capris. The Falcons were known for their distinctive two tone grey paintwork and were the only sports mod available on the 1988 Ford vehicle as Ford has dropped its V8 motor in the new model line-up.
