Styles and Major Options

2004 Mazda Verisa with dress-up package

In its first year, the Verisa came with two main interior options; the Dress-up package and the Leather package.

  • The Dress-up package came with bright mouldings on the front, side, and rear, front foglamps with silver bezels, and a chrome exhaust tip.
  • The Leather package came with leather seats, armrests, and steering wheel cover. It also had wood trim on the doors and on the steering wheel.

There was also a sound-system option and a "Basic package" that reduced the pice by removing some items.

  • Music HHD option gave the Verisa a hard-disk drive that could hold approximately 3,000 songs, six speakers, and audio conrolls on the steering wheel.
  • The Basic package changed the gauge panel from the standard black-out piece to a normal panel, and removed the audio system as well as the rear storage partition.

The only optional wheel package was a set of 15-inch aluminum wheels.
