Italdesign-Giugiaro S.p.A (commonly called Italdesign) is an automobile design and engineering company in Turin, Italy. The company was founded in 1968 as Studi Italiani Realizzazione Prototipi, working closely with Volkswagen. Today, the company is known for the work of its subsidiary, Giugiaro Design, home of famed automobile designer, Giorgetto Giugiaro. However, Italdesign also does automotive engineering, prototyping, and testing.

Italdesign designed cars include the Volkswagen Golf, Daewoo Lanos, and Suzuki Reno, which is sold under various nameplates throughout the world.
