This is a generalized constant: which is defined uniquely in the various sister projects, and is used as a 'local constant' to test Vs. the perameter inside certain templates particlur to linking templates between the various sisterprojects. Since this generalized peramter varys Template:WMF Site to Site, it allows logical branching using '#ifeq:' coding constructs. This perameter is particularly important as there are several sites which will not recognize and react properly if given their own prefix in a link construct. This perameter allows avoidance of such self-referential redlinks and branching to an acceptable local output format, thus allowing a generalized and identical coding of utility templates that work site to site, without the necessity of being modified on the local sister. The only things that need vary are this constant, and the string constant {{This Sister{{#if:||{{{2}}}}}{{#if:||{{{3}}}}}{{#if:||{{{4}}}}}{{#if:||etc.}}}}.
