[[Template:Lcs}} is a smaller variant of {{#if:Lc|Lc|Template:Lc}} with pleasant output also on browsers which don't support {{#if:·|·|interpunct}}.
{{#if:Lcs|Lcs|Template:Lcs}} allows one parameter, the name of an existing {{#if:Category|Category|Wikipedia:Category}}. It can be used on talk and user pages related to an existing {{#if:talk page|talk page|WP:TPG}} of the category, but the linked category talk page might also not yet exist.
Usage

shows links for the specified category
{{Lcs}}
shows links for a category wrt the {{PAGENAME}}
