The Lada Riva is an economy car based on the Fiat 125. It was sold by AutoVAZ's international arm, Lada, in every continent but Antarctica and is often regarded as one of the worst cars ever made due to how primitive it is compared to cars sold today. However, the Lada Riva is still in production.

Design quirks and oddities

In Clarkson: Unleashed On Cars, Jeremy Clarkson destroyed a white Riva by rigging two dumptrucks onto each sides of the car and pulling it in half. Both halves of the Riva were moved by an earthmover and tipped out in a quarry.

On an episode of Top Gear a white Lada Riva was featured when reviewing Comunist Cars.
