I would strongly suggest to remove the CNW Marketing/Research link. The claims in that document rely on a bogus methodology which is not backed by any serious research. It has been widely criticized and is exclusively cited by people who do not take the time to actually read it and do a few trivial consistency checks - none of which the document survives.

Can you provide some links to information in support of these ideas? I'm not disputing your claims, but it helps to have a point of reference, especially for those of us who are not familiar with what you're describing. - Pastrami on Ry 21:06, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
