Holland Cars is an Ethiopian automobile manufacturer established by Tadesse Tessema and based in the town of Mojo. The marque is so named because it was funded by the Dutch Government as part of their “Poverty Reduction Plan” for the region. With an initial investment of $2.5 million USD in the plant including the $650,000 from the Dutch Government, the company essentially produces lightly altered Fiat 131's.
