I would just like to point out that the Silverado/Sierra has not been in production since 1965. The Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra has been in production since 1996. Prior to that it was simply the C or K 1500, 2500, or 3500. The Silverado was a name for an interior package. It was not until 1996 that GM first called the pickup itself a Silverado.
