Dear Sir,

I have a touareg 2005, and want to complain on a very serious issue with your service center, we are located in United Arab Emirates, and frankly saying people they say that car service for touareq is the worst. and didnt beleive that till i bought my car and went for service, and never beleived that an agency servcing cars, can let them down like that... as i know if i am paying for service and y car should come back to service after 15000 KM, and after two thousand there is one default in my car and i have to come again and pay approximatly another 850 USD, that is too mch, and they forget a minor thing asked by the client and they ask him to come again and again,,, what kind of a descent company do that? any way, i hope that i am complaining to the correct people that they will at least care to see what is going on.

I'm sorry but we are not nor are we affiliated with Volkswagen nor with its Service Center. We are an independent site for car enthusiasts and those interested in looking up information for vehicles they may be interested in purchasing.
