| I have a touareg 2005, and want to complain on a very serious issue with your service center,

| we are located in United Arab Emirates, and frankly saying people they say that car service for touareq is the worst.

| and didnt beleive that till i bought my car and went for service, and never beleived that an agency servcing cars, can let them down like that... as i know if i am paying for service and y car should come back to service after 15000 KM, and after two thousand there is one default in my car and i have to come again and pay approximatly another 850 USD, that is too mch, and they forget a minor thing asked by the client and they ask him to come again and again,,, what kind of a descent company do that?

| any way, i hope that i am complaining to the correct people that they will at least care to see what is going on.
