Just letting you know...
First off, thanks again for the infobox and other pics. I thought I'd bring to your attention a couple of small errors, however, some that I fixed and some I haven't - for example, the Dodge Daytona entry had a pic had of a 1969 Charger Daytona in the infobox, which was a totally different unrelated car (other than the name), so I moved it to the Dodge Charger (B-body) page. Also, the Buick Somerset page has a picture of a Pontiac Grand Am in the infobox, and there were a couple of others that weren't correct, or needed modifying. I have no problem modifying these if you like wherever necessary, I just didn't want you to think I was stepping on your toes - but I thought I'd at least bring this to your attention. Revamping pages
- Note: You also do understand that this would require us to change all of the existing boxes in all 3,960 pages that we have already created.
- Not all 3,960 of these pages are model pages, but yes, this will be a HUGE undertaking! Please let me know where I can help.
Also, how long are we intending on keeping the polls open? We'll be approaching #4,000 soon enough and I think we should have a general consensus somewhere between 3,990-3,995.
Lastly, we'll be hitting our 1-year anniversary of the official launch of Wikicars this Wednesday. I was going to add a little snippet about it on the homepage, but I'm sure it could use a bit more artistry, so feel free to tweak it as you see fit. =) -Nidhi 12:39, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Capella?
Just wondering why you changed the Mazda Capella page, but not the Cosmo? I was trying to use the same kinda format for these multi-generation cars, but you changed the Capella page. Also the Capella page doesn't need all those normal sections at the top (Pricing, Gas Milage, etc.) as there is no current generation of Capella to use for that as you did with the 5-Series. All right, first of all, I'm back. I'll try to contribute here again as much as possible between school, contributing elsewhere and forum surfing. I appreciate what you've done with the site. You've certainly taken the leadin role, and I accept that and respect that, but there are a few things I think you need to work on. First of all, please, please upload images under better and more descriptive names than you currently are. I can't tell you how annoying it is to see images with such vague and unrelated names. We have enough renbaming to do at the moment as it is. Second, please categorise your images. I have started that project, and with the massive amount of images that you are continually contributing it wpuld be greatly appreciated if you could start categorising them. Cheers. Image categorization

I'll see what I can do. I may actually just select a few pics and use those. It really doesn't need every single one, I just went pic crazy when they released them lol. Media Wiki Upgrade Petition
Hi Red, I apologize for my lack of timely response. I've been really sick. I'm better now, and providing Admin rights to someone here at Internet Brands with the time and expertise to implement the new version of MediaWiki software. His name is Tony and his username is Tphoenix. I really do appreciate the time and effort you continuously pour into this site. Were it not for you, this site wouldn't be what it is today! Hopefully, this upgrade will help alleviate some of our spam issues. Hey thanks for the welcome to wikicars, I started using wikicars about 6 months ago when I did the write up on FullSize Ford Broncos I became a member so I could add photos to the page.
I personaly own a 1994 Bronco and am a big fan of fullsize 2 door Suv's and Pickup's I am also a Ford lover.
Hey problems with images
Hey I'm having some problems reducing the thumbnail image size today, I added 2 pictures to the Ford truck page and Ford bronco page late today but can't reduce the image size to 300px like before, this is the format I used
and this is the answer I got, it all worked on the last 5 or so images I added did they change the format?

Hey I tried all that, as a result we now have two 1983 bronco snow ads in ford images, so I think it's a software issue I even tried to change the size of a older image and had the same problem.

The reason that the image of the Ford fiesta was not categorised is because i could not see the bottom tab to categorise them . I could have seen it i would . The reason Wikicars is failing is simple is because your not Upgrading the MediaWiki software. Upgrading software is not hard . Another reason is that Wikicars focus too much on the United States market instead of the World market as a whole . The homepage is outdated and i think you need to update it later . The main reason why Wikicars failing is because Wikicars is very poorly know on the Internet . Ma by put a note on the front page that not enough users are joining wikicars the make it substanible . Have you joined any other sites to invite new members to wikicars ?
Have you read the upgrade manual on MediaWiki ? If not i think you should [2]
Thumbnail problem
I've been trying to load up images and reduced them to 300 pixels, the image dones't display but there is a message that says "Error creating thumbnail: sh/usr/sfw/bin/convert: No such file or directory". Have I loaded the images properly or is it Wikicars' problem?

Oh, and that my massive collection of press kit photos won't necessarily be replaced by bad camera phone pics of rusty cars sitting forlornly in a used car lot is excellent news to me. I need a little help (and I have some questions)...
I'm having a layout problem on the Buick Reatta page, with properly displaying the MPG and MSRP charts, and for the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. ::EDIT:: I see you already took care of it. :)
Also I noticed you made some changes on the Reatta page, re-inserting Hybrid section, etc. I can assure you there never was and never will be a Hybrid Reatta, at least not from GM. While I can appreciate wanting to maintain a certain level of formatting consistency, I don't understand the value of having "dead" sections that will never be expanded. Also, I don't think trying to maintain a resale value chart is sustainable given the inherent "moving target" nature of those values. Finally, I've noticed you've stripped out references to the vehicle platform, which I feel is particularly important in gaining an understanding of the manufacturing process and a particular model's contextual place in the marketplace. If you are doing this due to a lack of local platform pages, I'd be happy to start fleshing that out. Rawja 07:14, 26 October 2008 (PDT)

Image inclusion?
Just noticed the categorize comment, thanks I will make sure to do this in future.

Sorry about not giving you enough information about the new Commodore. The Commodore will get a new fresh up in Australia. It won't be based on an Opel/Vauxhall Insignia platform and it won't start on a new platform.

I think you misunderstood my question. (I downloaded and posted all (40) images to the Vega article I wrote for Wikapedia. Worked on that article for four months every night-Feb through May 09. I want to include some of them through out this article as well. I didn't realize you posted an image as it isn't showing, I mentioned that I've had a problem with thumb images. They come up in error. I thought it was one that I tried to include. I asked for the procedure again today.
