The Tour de Sol Green Car Show is a car show focused on promoting alternative fuel solutions for automobiles with the end goal of pushing technology toward zero carbon emission vehicles. It is organized by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA) who have established competitions with a total prize pool $10,000 for entrants, which run the gamut from the general public, students and inventors. In general, the shows raison d'etre lie in hybrid, natural gas, biofuel, electric, and fuel cell vehicles. The event is held at the Saratoga Spa State Park, in New York state.
