The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is a variation of the much loved Porsche 911, the sports caris built by the German car company Porsche.

Recent Changes
- Hot on the heels of the recently unveiled 500 hp 911 Turbo, Porsche has unveiled an update to the GT3 RS in time for the 2010 model year. The new RS will drop the 3.6 mill in favor of the new 3.8. Unlike the Turbo's 500 hp output, this one only produces 450. Handling has been further improved with a purpose-built PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) suspension, a wider track both front and rear made possible by larger wheel arch covers, and dynamic engine mounts that are able to adjust their stiffness and damping effect depending on driving conditions. Besides performance, the 2010 GT3 RS gets revised front and rear fascias and new, visually louder graphics as well as a new carbon fiber rear wing mounted on aluminum supports. Options will include lithium-ion battery that saves 22 pounds over the standard unit and a lightweight titanium exhaust system. Prices start at $132,800 for the U.S. [1]

Colors
The colors the 997 GT3RS are almost the same as the old one but the new GT3RS are much more lively than the 996 GT3RS. The 996 GT3RS only came with a White body color with Red or Blue Stripes at the sides and Red or Blue Rims which some people thought was a bit boring. The new car is available with:
- Arctic Silver Metallic / Orange Stripes
- Orange / Black stripes
- Black / Orange stripes
- Green / Black stripes.
All car's rims and exterior mirrors will be the same color as the stripes.
