The holden Ute comes in 4 trim levels: omega, sv6, SS, and SSV. the first two feature V6 engines, the sv6 being the more luxurious V6 model and the omega being the base. the SS and SSV models feature a 6.0 liter V8 with the latter again having more luxurious features.

Unique Attributes

The most unique attribute to the Ute is the pickup bed in the back, calling back to the chevrolet El Camino. after the popularity of the similar chevrolet lumina ute in africa, holden released it's new model in 2007 as a 2008 model.

There is only one generation for this model, the current 2008-present model line. As it is almost required that a vehicle be redesigned every 4 to 6 years now, a new shape can be expected sometime in and around 2013.
