Discussions Surrounding Past Nominations

Matt and I have been charged with rotating the featured Model Review and Model Article, respectively, on a weekly basis, so if there are any suggestions as to which vehicles we might put up each week, we'd love to hear them. We do prefer that the specified vehicle's Article and Review pages be relatively fleshed out, though, so if the suggestions aren't put into effect right away, it's probably because we're working on the page before featuring it. - Pastrami on Ry 20:52, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

I would nominate the Ford GT as the Featured article and perhaps the Ford Mustang for the Featured review! It would be nice to see a few more exotic cars added to the featured articles mix. It would be interesting to also start developing some exotic reviews too! Exotics do interest and attract more car enthusiasts after all. --MQuan 19:53, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

How do you all feel about featuring an upcoming vehicle like the Scion xD on the homepage? Though there may not be a lot of content on this page (yet), I think it might attract more people if it's a vehicle they're not familiar with (yet). Other nominations? I think we've got a ton of awesome exotic car pages built out so I'm happy with doing a Maserati or a Lambo. We've got great content on our "more mainstream models," so I'm happy with running something as simple as a Honda Civic as well. -Nidhi 21:51, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

But aren't we already way behind schedule? The Bugatti was supposed to be finished last month! Also, the cars supposed to follow the Veyron barely have anything in their articles, as opposed to Honda Element. I think we should take those other ones of the schedule until their articles have more information. Plus, the Bugatti should be down now with the Element up, seeing as it's the only car following the Bugatti with plenty of info in its article.

Thanks, I admire yours too. How do we get people to start voting? There's enough info on most of the pages, that it's possible to put together a collage of information enough that it becomes a paragraph. I'll try and find more info on those cars. The CCX has enough info. Should I change the featured?
