Daihatsu luxio

Daihatsu Luxio is a 7 seaters MPV.First introduced in Indonesia in 2009,the Luxio is equiped with 1.5 engine.The platform is based on Daihatsu Gran Max,another car that is designed by Daihatsu Indonesia.Like its brother,Gran Max,the Luxio has a boxy design to increase space inside.As the result,plenty of legroom and headroom.

Trims and levels

The Luxio has 3 levels of trim: X,M,and D.The D trim is the lowest trim.Automatic transmission and foglamps are only available in X trim,the highest trim so far.None of these trims offer safety features such as airbags.ABS is available for optional only,not a standard.

Standard colours includes :Sonic Blue Metallic,Crypton Green Metallic,Sand Gold Metallic, Classic Silver Metallic,Meteor Grey Metallic,Midnight Black Metallic

= Criticism

According to reviews in magazines,the suspension of Luxio is too rigid for the road condition in Indonesia.Some also complained about the seat comfort which makes the hip get tired easily.The most common complain is the sound coming into the cabin. When the driver is pressing the horn button,the sound of the horny went into the car which owners find it annoying.Some also said that there is a cheap metallic sound produced when closing the door.
