I'm thinking this is an excellent page for us to disucss wikicars policy. Here we could discuss things like admin nominations, page templates, anti-vandalism measures, etc. What think?

This would be for everybody. Highly visible on the site. Maybe call it Garage Talk. Linked from many places.
Admin Forum
This page. A place where we can debate policy. Anyone can post, of course, but most topics will be more "insider" stuff, where admins collectively set policy, with superuser input.

Admin IM
How do you all feel about creating a Wikicars admin IM group? Wikipedia and others use IRC, but there are easier services. On other sites, I've found IM to be effective in combatting vandalism in real time and to have impromptu meetings. As our admin community grows, this could be helpful. Thoughts? Nominations
I'd like to start this section by nominating User:MercuryLover2008. He has shown commitment to this site (specifically Mercury) that reminds me of myself. What does everone else here thinks? Red marquis 06:11, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
- I think he's a phenomenal user and while his contributions are outstanding, I'm not sure we're ready for more administrators. We've currently tabled all further nominations, but if the current admins feel that we need to revisit further nominations, then we can do so. Thanks! -Nidhi 22:31, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
