The Barcelona Motor Show (Salón Internacional del Automóvil) is an International Motor Show held at the Montjuïc Exhibition Centre in Barcelona, Spain every odd-numbered year. The Event is organized by the Fira de Barcelona and recognized by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA). Currently, the auto show is in its 35th edition.

Activities

  • Auto&Rock

An original display of historic album covers with the cars that inspired them.

  • Crash test

Testing out front, side and wall impacts plus roll-overs on a 100-metre track.

  • Kart circuit

A 200-metre track equipped with 10 karts, five with 4-stroke engines and five with electric motors.

Featuring valuable vehicles manufactured before 1940.

  • Pit trials

Be the first to try out the new launches from major brands.

  • Innovation Zone

Exhibition of projects and prototypes from the Association of Automotive Technicians (STA), the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and IFR Automotive and Velcar.
